Quotations are provided by email and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
As our products are made to order, prices are based on the confirmed specification, quantity, materials and finishing requirements. Please let us know if anything changes so that we can provide an updated quotation.
Reducing the quantity does not always reduce the price proportionally because setup and production costs still apply. Please request a revised quotation before placing your order.
Most products and services are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). The applicable rate depends on the product or service being supplied and will be shown on your quotation.
Some printed products may qualify for zero-rated VAT. For further information, please refer to the latest guidance on the GOV.UK website.
Payment can be made using one of the following methods:
We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment must be received before production begins unless you have an approved credit account.
Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
Credit accounts may be available to established customers, subject to approval, account checks and an agreed trading history.

We retain artwork from previous orders for a limited period, making it easier to reorder existing print.
When requesting a reprint, please provide your previous quotation, job, order or invoice number where possible. Let us know if any artwork, quantities or specifications need to be changed before production begins.
If you do not want us to retain your artwork, please tell us when placing your order.
