Payment is required in full when placing your first order. If your organisation requires a purchase order number or reference, please provide this before production begins.

Trade accounts may be available once a trading history has been established with us.

We can also discuss suitable payment arrangements with educational and public-sector organisations. Please contact our team for further information.

A loading bay is located directly outside the Studio and can be used between 10:00am and 4:00pm. Parking is limited to 20 minutes and spaces are subject to availability.

For longer visits, the nearest paid car parks are:

• Gibson Road

If you are collecting a large or heavy order, please contact us before your visit. Where possible, a member of our team can help carry it to your vehicle.
