Pop-Out Banners are lightweight fabric displays designed for quick indoor or outdoor set-up. The sprung frame opens into shape without tools and folds down for transport and storage.

Choose from three horizontal sizes or two circular sizes. Each banner includes two printed sides, four ground pegs and a carry bag.

Which size should I choose?
Small sizes suit tighter spaces, smaller events and displays positioned close to the viewer. Medium and Large Horizontal banners provide more room for sponsorship, directional or promotional artwork and can be seen from further away.

What is the difference between the horizontal and circular options?
Horizontal banners provide a wider artwork area and work well beside sports pitches, paths and entrances. Circular banners provide a more compact display for logos, short messages and event branding.

Are Pop-Out Banners printed on both sides?
Yes. Each banner has two printed graphic panels. You can use the same artwork on both sides or supply a different design for each side.

What is included with the banner?
You will receive one complete two-sided Pop-Out Banner, one carry bag and four ground pegs.

How quickly can it be assembled?
It takes approximately 30 seconds and can be set up by one person. Remove it carefully from the carry bag, release the folded frame and secure the Velcro legs.

Is it safe to open immediately after removing it from the bag?
The folded frame is stored under tension and will spring open. Allow plenty of clear space, keep it pointed away from yourself and other people, and maintain control of the frame while releasing it.

How is it secured outdoors?
Four ground pegs are supplied for securing the banner through the fixing points on suitable soft ground. Make sure the ground is firm enough to hold the pegs securely and that permission has been obtained before inserting them.

Can it be used in windy weather?
Pop-Out Banners are intended for temporary outdoor use in suitable conditions. Remove the display during strong winds or adverse weather, even when it has been pegged down.

How do I fold it back into the bag?
Release the Velcro legs, hold the centre of the top and bottom edges and bring your hands together until the frame forms a figure of eight. Fold the two loops together before placing the banner into its carry bag. Take care because the frame remains under tension.

Can the graphic be replaced separately?
No. The graphic is sewn around the flexible frame and is supplied as part of the complete Pop-Out Banner. A new complete unit is required when the artwork needs changing.

How should I store the banner?
Make sure the banner is clean and dry before folding it into the carry bag. Store it in a dry place and avoid placing heavy items on top of the packed frame.

Can I create the artwork in Canva?
Canva may be suitable if it supports the exact template dimensions and allows the artwork to be exported at sufficient quality. Because these graphics have shaped edges and defined safe areas, contact SM1 before starting if you are unsure.

Can SM1 check or design my artwork?
Yes. SM1 can check supplied files and advise if corrections are needed. We can also create a complete Pop-Out Banner design using your branding, logos, messaging and event information. Artwork corrections and design work may be chargeable.
