The Stretch Fabric Oval Counter combines a lightweight aluminium frame with a custom-printed 260gsm polyester cover. The graphic fits around the entire counter, creating a neat, fully enclosed display that is easy to transport and assemble.

The counter includes its hardware, printed graphic, carry bag and fitting gloves. Assembly takes approximately 7–10 minutes and requires no tools.

What is included with the Stretch Fabric Oval Counter?
You will receive three aluminium support poles, a counter top, base, custom-printed fabric graphic, carry bag and a pair of gloves for fitting the graphic.

How is the counter assembled?
Connect the two sections of each pole, then screw the three completed poles into the counter top and base. Slide the fabric graphic over the assembled hardware and press its silicone edging into the grooves around the top and bottom. No tools are required, and one person can normally assemble the counter in approximately 7–10 minutes.

Does the counter provide internal storage?
No. The fitted graphic completely encloses the counter, and there is no access from underneath. The only way to reach the interior is to detach part of the graphic. If accessible storage is required, choose the Stretch Fabric Rectangular Counter with a suitable rear-opening option.

Is the graphic printed all the way around?
Yes. The fabric graphic wraps around the counter, including the front, sides and rear. A sewn join runs vertically down the centre of the back.nAvoid placing continuous lines, detailed patterns or important elements across this join, as slight movement can occur during printing and finishing.

Can the counter be used outdoors?
No. The Stretch Fabric Oval Counter is intended for indoor use at exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, retail promotions and similar events.

How portable is the counter?
The complete system weighs approximately 6kg. The frame separates into smaller components, while the fabric graphic can be folded and packed into the supplied carry bag.

Can the graphic be washed?
Yes. Wash the fabric graphic at 30°C without detergent. Allow it to dry completely before refitting, folding or storing it.

Can I order a replacement graphic?
Yes. Replacement graphics are available if you already have compatible Stretch Fabric Oval Counter hardware. The new cover should be produced from the correct template to ensure it fits the counter properly.

How should I store the graphic?
Make sure the graphic is completely clean and dry before folding it loosely. Store it inside the carry bag in a dry location, away from sharp objects that could catch or damage the fabric.

Can I create the artwork in Canva?
Canva may not be suitable because the artwork must follow a specialist wraparound template and account for the counter's rear join and finishing areas. If you plan to use Canva, contact SM1 before starting. We can advise whether it is suitable for your design or help prepare the final print-ready artwork.

Can SM1 check or design my artwork?
Yes. SM1 can check supplied files and advise if corrections are required. We can also create a complete Stretch Fabric Oval Counter design using your branding, logos, messaging and event information. Artwork adjustments and design services may be chargeable. Any costs will be confirmed before work begins.
