Which size should I choose?
Choose a width based on your available floor space and the amount of content required. The 600mm to 900mm stands suit compact areas and individual messages, while the 1,000mm to 1,500mm options provide more room for branding, photography and promotional information.

What is the difference between the Premium and Economy stands?
The Premium Stand has a substantial metal base and is available in compact widths from 600mm to 1,500mm. The Economy Stand uses stabilising feet and is available in wider sizes from 850mm to 2,500mm.

What is the difference between single and double-sided printing?
A single-sided stand has a full-colour printed front and a plain white reverse. A double-sided stand is printed on both faces, making it suitable for open spaces where people may approach from either direction.

Can I use different artwork on each side?
Yes. Double-sided stands can display the same design on both sides or a different design on each side. Artwork must be supplied for both faces, even when the same design is repeated.

What is included with the stand?
The stand includes the aluminium frame, heavy-duty base, custom-printed fabric graphic, Allen key and carry bag.

How is the stand assembled?
Connect the numbered aluminium frame sections, pull the fabric graphic carefully over the frame and close the zip underneath. Use the supplied Allen key to secure the frame to the base.

Can one person assemble it?
Yes. The stand is designed to be assembled by one person in approximately five to six minutes. A second person may make it easier to fit and position the graphic on the wider sizes.

Is the Premium Stand portable?
Yes. The aluminium frame dismantles into smaller sections, and the hardware and folded graphic fit inside the supplied carry bag. The heavy-duty base makes this version heavier than the Economy Stand.

Can several Premium Stands be placed together?
Yes. Multiple stands can be positioned side by side to create a wider display. They do not physically connect, so each unit must be assembled and positioned separately.

Can the stand be used as a room divider?
Yes. A double-sided Premium Stand can be used as a temporary room divider or screening display in an indoor space. Make sure each base is positioned on a level surface with enough room around it.

Can the stand be used outdoors?
No. Stretch Fabric Premium Stands are intended for indoor use and are not designed to withstand wind or rain. The heavy-duty base does not make the display suitable for outdoor use.

Will the frame show through the fabric?
Strong lighting from behind or directly above the display may make parts of the frame visible through the fabric. Avoid placing the stand in front of bright windows or powerful backlighting where possible.

Can a design continue from the front to the back?
Simple colours and broad graphic elements may continue around the stand, but fine lines, detailed patterns and elements requiring precise alignment should not cross between the two faces. Minor movement can occur during printing, cutting and sewing.

How should I clean the graphic?
The fabric graphic can be washed at 30°C without detergent. Allow it to dry completely before refitting, folding or storing it. SM1 cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during washing.

Can I order a replacement graphic?
Yes. Replacement graphics can be ordered for compatible Premium Stand hardware without purchasing another frame or base. Select the correct width and number of printed sides.

Can I create the artwork in Canva?
Canva may not be suitable for this large display because the artwork must follow a specialist template and be prepared at a reduced scale. If you plan to use Canva, contact SM1 before starting. We can advise whether it is suitable for your design or help prepare the final print-ready artwork.

Can SM1 check or design my artwork?
Yes. SM1 can check supplied files and advise if corrections are needed. We can also create a complete Stretch Fabric Premium Stand design using your branding, logos, messaging and event information. Artwork corrections and design services may be chargeable.
