What is the Stretch Fabric Rectangular Counter best used for?
It is suitable for exhibition stands, conferences, product demonstrations, registration areas, presentations and indoor promotional events. The counter top provides a working surface, while the fabric graphic creates a continuous branded finish.

What rear options are available?
You can choose a fully enclosed graphic, circular rear opening, Velcro join or Velcro flap. The three opening options provide access to the hollow interior from behind the counter.

Which rear option should I choose?
Choose the fully enclosed version if you want the counter covered from every viewing angle and do not require frequent access to the interior. Choose an opening, join or flap if you want to store marketing materials and retrieve them while the counter is in position.

Does the fully enclosed counter provide storage access?
The inside remains hollow, but the fully enclosed graphic does not provide a rear access point. Select one of the rear-opening options if you need convenient access during an event.

Does the counter include a shelf?
No. The hollow area can be used for lightweight storage, but items are placed inside the base of the unit.

How much weight can the counter top hold?
The counter top can support up to 35kg when the weight is spread evenly. Avoid placing the full load in one small area or leaning heavily against the counter.

Is the entire counter graphic custom printed?
Yes. One fitted fabric graphic wraps around the front, sides and rear of the counter. The appearance of the rear depends on the enclosure option selected.

What is included with the counter?
The package includes four aluminium poles, counter top, base, custom-printed stretch fabric graphic, fitting gloves and carry bag.

How is the counter assembled?
Connect the two halves of each pole and screw the four poles into the counter top and base. Pull the graphic over the structure, position its join at the centre of the rear and press the silicone edging into the grooves around the top and base.

Can one person assemble the counter?
Yes. One person can normally assemble it in approximately seven to ten minutes. Work carefully when fitting the graphic so it remains evenly positioned around the frame.

Is the counter portable?
Yes. The frame dismantles into smaller components, and a carry bag is included for the hardware and folded graphic.

Can the counter be used outdoors?
No. The Stretch Fabric Rectangular Counter is designed for indoor use and should not be exposed to wind or rain.

Can I order a replacement graphic?
Yes. Replacement graphics can be ordered without purchasing another frame, top or base. Make sure you select the correct rear enclosure option so the new graphic matches your existing counter.

Can I change from one rear option to another when ordering a replacement graphic?
Contact SM1 before ordering if you want to change the rear configuration. We can check whether the replacement graphic will work correctly with your existing counter hardware and intended use.

Can detailed artwork continue around the sides?
Artwork can run between the front and side sections, but important text and logos are best kept within the relevant marked areas. The curved corners can distort detailed content, so avoid positioning essential information across them.

Will artwork align across the rear join?
Exact alignment across the rear seam cannot be guaranteed because fabric can move slightly during printing, cutting and sewing. Avoid placing continuous lines, detailed patterns or important design elements across the join.

How should I clean the graphic?
The fabric graphic can be washed at 30°C without detergent. Allow it to dry completely before refitting, folding or storing it. SM1 cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during washing.

Can I create the artwork in Canva?
Canva may not be suitable for this shaped display because the artwork must follow a specialist wraparound template with separate front, side and rear areas. If you plan to use Canva, contact SM1 before starting. We can advise whether it is suitable or help prepare the final print-ready artwork.

Can SM1 check or design my artwork?
Yes. SM1 can check supplied files and advise if corrections are needed. We can also create a complete Stretch Fabric Rectangular Counter design using your branding, logos and promotional messaging. Artwork corrections and design services may be chargeable.
