Where can an Arch Flag be used?
Arch Flags are suitable for large indoor venues and temporary outdoor events. Common uses include event entrances, race start and finish lines, festivals, sporting events, exhibitions and promotional activities. It is designed for temporary outdoor display when correctly installed and used in suitable weather conditions. It should be dismantled during adverse weather and must not be used in winds exceeding Beaufort Scale 4, approximately 13–18mph. Wind conditions can change quickly, so the display should always be monitored while in use.

What is the assembled size?
The Arch Flag is approximately 3,220mm high. It measures approximately 4,450mm wide when used with fillable bases and 4,000mm wide when installed with ground spikes.
Allow sufficient clear space around the complete structure before installation.

Which base option should I choose?
Choose the two fillable parasol bases for hard surfaces such as concrete, paving or indoor floors. These bases must be filled appropriately before use.
Choose the two metal ground spikes for suitable soft ground such as grass. Check that the ground is safe and suitable before inserting the spikes.

Is the graphic printed on both sides?
No. The fabric is printed on one side using dye-sublimation printing. Approximately 80–90% of the design shows through on the reverse, where it will appear mirrored and slightly less vibrant. A separate double-sided graphic is not available for this product.

Can it be left outside overnight?
We recommend dismantling the Arch Flag when it is unattended, overnight or during poor weather. Prolonged exposure to wind, rain, pollution and sunlight can reduce the lifespan of the fabric and hardware.

Is the Arch Flag waterproof?
The polyester graphic can tolerate normal temporary outdoor conditions, but the complete display is not intended to remain outside permanently. Heavy rain combined with wind can place additional strain on the fabric, poles and bases.

How is the Arch Flag assembled?
The collapsible pole sections connect to form the arch. The printed graphic fits over the poles using its black sleeves and is tensioned using the supplied bungees.
Position the poles approximately four metres apart as a starting point, then adjust their spacing and the bungee height until the graphic is correctly tensioned. Always follow the assembly instructions and confirm that both sides are securely anchored before use.

How many people are needed for assembly?
Because of the size of the structure, we recommend having at least two people available for assembly and dismantling.

How long will the graphic last?
Its lifespan depends on the weather, installation, frequency of use and the number of hours it is displayed. UV exposure, pollution and repeated use in poor conditions can cause fading or fabric deterioration. Correct installation, dry storage and dismantling during adverse weather will help extend its usable life.

Can I order a replacement graphic?
Yes. A replacement printed graphic can be supplied for compatible Arch Flag hardware. Retain the existing poles, bungees, bases and carry bag if they remain in good working condition.

How should I prepare my artwork?
Use the Arch Flag artwork template and keep logos, text and other important content within its marked safe areas. Extend background colours and images through all required bleed areas shown on the template. For the sharpest result, logos and typography should preferably be supplied as vector artwork. Any photographic images should be high resolution at the template's specified artwork scale.

Can I create the artwork in Canva?
Canva may not be suitable for this large, shaped display because the artwork must follow a specialist template and may need to be prepared at a reduced scale.

Can SM1 check or design my artwork?
