Please note: Due to the nature of fabrics that are not completely opaque, when these graphics are subject to strong lighting (especially from above or behind), some visibility of the frame through the graphic is possible. To avoid this, we recommend limiting the amount of light above or behind the unit, as well as adjusting the positioning of the unit.

What is included with the SEG Fabric Pop-Up?
Each system includes the selected aluminium pop-up frame, custom-printed fabric graphics, stabilising feet and a carry bag. LED lights can be added separately.

What is the difference between single and double-sided printing?
A single-sided system has one main front graphic and two printed end panels. A double-sided system adds a second main graphic to the rear, allowing the display to be viewed from both directions.

Which size should I choose?
Measure the available floor and wall space before ordering. The 1×3 works well in narrow areas, while the 2×3 and 3×3 are suitable for most exhibition stands. The 4×3 provides the widest uninterrupted display area. All four sizes are 2,235mm high and 340mm deep.

How do the graphics attach to the frame?
A silicone strip is stitched around the main graphics. This presses into the channel around the frame to hold the fabric in position. The end panels use silicone edging along their vertical sides and hemmed upper and lower edges.

How long does assembly take?
Allow approximately 15 minutes for one person. Expand and secure the frame, attach the stabilising feet and then press the silicone edges of each graphic into the correct channels.

Can several displays be joined together?
Yes. Multiple units can be arranged to create longer walls, corners and customised exhibition layouts. Contact SM1 before ordering so we can check the proposed formation and artwork arrangement.

Are stabilising feet always required?
Stabilising feet are supplied with the frame and help keep it secure, particularly on uneven floors or in busy venues. Whether they are needed will depend on the floor and display arrangement.

Can lights be added?
Yes. LED lights are available in packs of two and attach to the upper frame. Include the position of any lights when planning the artwork so important content remains clearly visible.

Can the frame show through the fabric?
The fabric is not completely opaque, so parts of the frame may become visible under strong lighting, particularly when lights are positioned directly above or behind the display. Avoid placing the system in front of bright windows or powerful rear lighting where possible.

Can it be used outdoors?
No. SEG Fabric Pop-Ups are intended for indoor use. The frame and graphics are not designed for wind, rain or prolonged outdoor exposure.

Can the graphics be washed?
The graphics can be washed at 30°C without detergent. Remove them from the frame first and allow them to dry fully before refitting, folding or storing.

Can I order replacement graphics?
Yes. Replacement graphics can be produced for compatible SEG Fabric Pop-Up frames. Confirm the frame size and whether it is single or double-sided before ordering.

Can I create the artwork in Canva?
Canva may not be suitable because each system uses separate, precisely sized front, rear and end-panel templates prepared at a reduced scale. If you plan to use Canva, contact SM1 before starting. We can advise whether it is suitable or help prepare the final print-ready artwork.

Can SM1 check or design my artwork?
Yes. SM1 can check supplied files and advise if corrections are required. We can also create a complete SEG Fabric Pop-Up design using your branding, logos, messaging and event information. Design work and more involved artwork corrections may be chargeable.
