How do I supply my artwork for Polo Shirts?

We need your artwork as a PDF, using the maximum print area of 280mm x 400mm. Keep the areas you don't want to print as 'transparent / no fill,' and if you need white ink, set your text/design in white. Send us your PDF for transparent magic. How should I wash my everyday wear custom Polo Shirts?
