The Blizzard Banner combines a custom-printed PVC graphic with a telescopic pole and 15-litre water-fillable base.

The 800 × 2,000mm single-sided banner is secured using four eyelets. The system is straightforward to assemble, transport and reposition, with replacement graphics available when your message changes.

What is included with the Blizzard Banner?
The system includes a custom-printed 440gsm PVC graphic, telescopic pole and 15-litre water-fillable base. A deluxe carry bag can be ordered separately.

How is the banner secured?
The graphic has four eyelets and is fitted to the support using adjustable fixings. The telescopic pole allows the banner to be held at the correct tension.

Does the base need to be filled before use?
Yes. Fill the base with water once it is in its display position. Place it on a stable, level surface and do not move the assembled system while the base is full.

Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, it is designed for temporary outdoor use in suitable weather conditions. It can also be used indoors where there is sufficient space for the base and full display height. The system is suitable for winds up to Beaufort Scale 4, approximately 13–18mph. Dismantle it during stronger winds, heavy rain or adverse weather. Its wind resistance can also be affected by the location, surface and surrounding buildings.

Can several Blizzard Banners be displayed together?
Yes. Leave enough space between each system so the graphics cannot catch on neighbouring poles, displays or surrounding objects.

How do I clean and store the graphic?
Wipe the PVC graphic carefully with a soft, damp cloth and allow it to dry completely before rolling or storing it. Avoid harsh cleaning products, creasing the banner or placing heavy objects on it.

Can I order a replacement graphic?
Yes. Replacement graphics can be supplied for compatible Blizzard hardware. Retain the existing pole, base and fixings if they remain complete and in good working condition.

Can I create the artwork in Canva?
Canva may not be suitable for this large display because the artwork must follow a specialist template and be prepared at a reduced scale. If you plan to use Canva, contact SM1 before starting. We can advise whether it is suitable for your design or help prepare the final print-ready artwork.

Can SM1 check or design my artwork?
Yes. SM1 can check supplied files and advise if corrections are needed. We can also create a complete Blizzard Banner design using your branding, logos, messaging and event information. Artwork adjustments and design services may be chargeable, with any costs confirmed before work begins.
